All FEES ARE PER HOUR/4 HOURS Minimum (except full kitchen privileges – flat rate)

GREAT ROOM *$50 per HOUR for non-members, $37.50 per HOUR for TOTH members

GAME/TV ROOM $30 per HOUR for non-members $22.50, per HOUR for TOTH members

RENTAL OF GREAT ROOM* $75.00 per HOUR for non-members, $56.25 per HOUR for TOTH members

*Rental of Great Room includes Kitchen Service Area, ice machine, microwave and winks.

*Rental of Great Room AND Game Room includes Kitchen Service Area, ice machine, microwave and sinks.

FULL KITCHEN PRIVILEGES FLAT FEE $75 for non-members, $56.25 for members. Includes SERVING AREAS, ICE MACHINE, MICROWAVE, SINKS, THE USE OF OVENS, RANGES, GRIDDLE AND WARMING UNIT. NO DISHWASHER!

A security deposit of $150.00 (refundable) and liability insurance are required when booking facilities. (TOTH members are required to pay the security deposit but do not have to provide liability insurance.)
